North Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains

The North Georgia Mountains is comprised of two smaller regions in the Northern part of the state; the Georgia Historic High Country on the Western portion , and the Northeast Georgia Mountains on the Eastern portion. This whole region is the end of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the South. Many come from Atlanta and Chattanooga, to visit the mountains in this region to cool off during summer climates and experience mountain adventures. There are many mountain town and cities with an abundance of activities, lodging, and places to eat to discover and explore for yourself.
